October is National Curry Week and what better reason to visit your local
restaurant, or even invite friends and family round for a great curry night, utilising all the fantastic recipes we have in the magazine (We’d do both every night that week!) Indian Restaurants on the high street and in the suburbs have been the backbone of the curry industry, which have introduced the flavours and spices that Britain as a nation have grown to love, and without whom – our magazine would not be possible.
